Are You Listening?

Like a lot of people lately, I’ve had extra time to fill with movies, 📺 shows, books, audiobooks, coloring books .... and podcasts. I keep a handy few in my rotation, that cater to my mood(s). Recently, while searching for something new I found a few local podcasts that caught my attention. The following podcasts can be found on most major listening apps.


BLACK GIRL FROM EUGENE

Raw and uncensored. Ayisha Elliott's podcast Black Girl From Eugene is full of honest monologues and conversations about living while Black in the PNW. Be a fly on the wall and listen as Black Girl From Eugene and guests work through what is seen, felt and talked about on a daily basis while living black in Eugene, Or.


She also has a great local Instagram account. Follow her!



NOWHERE TO BE FOUND

Investigating the missing persons case of 27-year-old Michael Bryson who hasn't been seen since he wandered away from friends around 4:30 am on Wednesday, August 5th.


Bryson is described as 6-ft. 2-in. tall, and weighing 180 lbs. He has short brown hair and hazel eyes. He disappeared from the Brice Creek Road area near Lund Park and Hobo Camp campgrounds, he was wearing a white t-shirt, tan shorts, and white crocs with multi colored splotches.  He may also be wearing a brown corduroy baseball cap.
